1. Agreement to Terms

By using our application, TillsandBills ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the App. We may modify these terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Business Verification

Till/Paybill Owners must complete a verification process to activate their public profile. This involves confirming a micro-transaction sent to the provided M-Pesa number. You agree not to provide false or misleading information during this process. We reserve the right to reject or revoke verification for any reason.

4. User-Generated Content

As a Till/Paybill Owner, you are responsible for all content you post, including business details and product listings. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the App. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you post and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws. All listings are subject to review, and we reserve the right to remove any content that violates our policies.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features are available only through paid subscription plans ("Pro" and "Pro Max"). By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the specified fees. Payments are processed via M-Pesa STK Push. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Posting content that is fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the App.
• Impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the App, or the information, content, or materials included therein.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TillsandBills, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
